What coaches say

“Robin has opened up so many opportunities for me to connect with coaches who want to exchange hours. The platform has worked incredibly well - the structure and the thinking behind it - has changed the landscape and access to meeting those hours of practice for those in training. Thank you so much.”

“Coach with Robin is doing something rare: solving a foundational challenge in real coach development. This dedicated, high-trust environment has let me develop my skills, log practice hours, and exchange high-caliber feedback, transforming my coaching approach. The tool is scaling into something powerful for individual growth, filling an essential gap that accredited coaching programs and credentialing pipelines everywhere will find valuable for development. This is by far one of the most strategic investments I’ve made in my professional craft.”

How it works

From finding someone to coach with to a real session.

Three steps, all in one place. Or watch the whole peer coaching loop in under two minutes.

Watch the walkthrough · captions on
  1. A coach looks through profile cards of other coaches and picks one

    Step 01

    Find someone to coach with

Browse a directory filtered by niche, training level and timezone overlap.

  2. A coach smiles at her phone while messages and a calendar with one day circled float beside her

    Step 02

    Message and schedule

Message inside Robin without exchanging personal email addresses, then propose times that already overlap your timezones.

  3. A coach talks with another coach on a video call while a stack of logged session cards gets a tick

    Step 03

    Coach and log your hours

Meet on Robin's video call, or on your own link. Robin logs your session time automatically.

More than matching

One community, all coaches

Ask the question you’d hesitate to post publicly. Share what you’re working on. Coaches from every programme and every stage are already in the room.

Communities of your own

Make a space and invite your cohort, your peer group, or the coaches you keep coming back to. Each community gets its own chat and board.

You decide what happens in them

You decide what a community is for. Coaches use them for cohort groups, niche communities, reading groups, and talking through the cases they’re stuck on.

Robin Pro

See how your coaching showed up.

After a transcribed peer coaching session, ask Robin to read it against the ICF PCC Markers. Robin points at the moments: what you showed, and what you might try next time.

  • Record the sessionReplay it, download it or delete it. It stays yours unless you share it.
  • Session reviewA few lines on what your client brought, then observations against the ICF markers beside your own words, not a score.

I keep saying I want to lead the team. Then every time the role comes up, I find a reason not to put myself forward.

What might change if you trusted your own judgement here?

7.2 · shownAsks questions that stretch how the client sees themself

You invited the client to look at herself from a different angle, rather than offering an answer of your own. She went on to name the rule she had been living by.

What would you like to do next?

8.2 · missed opportunityInvites the client to name their learning about themself

You moved towards action here. One possibility to explore: pause first, and invite the client to name what she has noticed about herself in this session.

Qualifying peer coaching may count toward your credential, but a logged session is not automatic approval. For ICF, barter such as peer-to-peer coaching can count as paid experience when it meets the client-coaching requirements: the client comes for coaching, not another purpose, and the interaction is real-time. Check the current requirements for your credential and training programme.
