About Robin’s community

Here today

A place to get on with coaching.

Find someone to coach with

Browse beyond your training cohort and message someone you’d like to coach with.

Make time for coaching

Schedule a session and meet inside Robin, without sharing your phone number or sending a separate meeting link.

Keep a record

Record your sessions in your logbook and revisit sessions with transcripts. Your accreditation body determines which hours qualify.

Where we’re heading

Help the next session build on the last.

We’re exploring more useful ways to review sessions, learn from feedback and find people you want to return to. Formal mentor coaching remains separate.

What won’t change

Peer coaching stays free.

Matching, messaging, scheduling, peer calls, the logbook, transcripts and community are free, permanently. Paid extras help sustain Robin without putting the core of the community behind a paywall.

How free and paid fit together

Private by default

Coach without sharing your email or phone number. Choose what you share, and with whom.

Depth, not volume

Robin focuses on helping you get better at coaching. We don’t build business funnels, leaderboards or reasons to keep scrolling.

Jon, founder of Robin

Hi, I’m Jon.

Founder, Robin

I’m a software engineer who has benefited from coaching. I kept meeting coaches who couldn’t find anyone to coach with, so I built Robin.

If something gets in the way of your practice, or there’s something you wish Robin understood better, I’d like to hear it. The coaches using Robin help me decide what to work on.
